From 3D Design Through to Delivery

A proven steel industry workflow now integrated into the WeFrameIT delivery model for faster, cleaner, and more efficient chassis and framing production.

Transportable Chassis design and planning stage

Step One

Modfloor

Submit your PDF or DWG plans and our team converts them into a fully engineered 3D model so you can visualise how the modular base will look when assembled. Our engineers are licensed across Australian states to issue structural permits.

Step Two

Manufacturing

Our 80% recycled steel is slit to precise thickness and width, then processed through the FRAMECAD FL650 rollformer, cut exactly to length and pre-punched with service holes and connection tabs to save time and cost.

Step Three

Assembly

Once the light gauge steel joists and beams are produced, the perimeter beams are assembled with reusable lifting points and prepared for flat-pack shipping to your factory. A comprehensive manual is available to support assembly.

Step Four

Delivery

South-east Queensland deliveries can be coordinated with crane-mounted trucks, and Australia-wide delivery can be arranged through independent transport contractors.

Independent Corrosion Tests

ZinMag ZM310 steel has been independently tested by a NATA laboratory to ASTM B117-19 for 2,000 hours with no rust or delamination, supporting harsh-environment project planning.

Independent Strength Tests

Deflection and structural performance testing confirms high-strength outcomes and helps reduce costly site rectification after delivery.
