On our ‘Help’ page, you’ll find information to easily navigate around our user friendly website with four easy steps to help you with your framing/stretching/printing and painting inquiries.

“GREEN BUTTONS”– All the green buttons on our website are clickable.  Simply click on one and follow the easy steps to complete your framing/printing and painting inquiry.

“UPLOAD BUTTON”– The upload button is for you to send us images you wish to print/frame/stretch or paint. The file should be big enough for us to use and provide you with the highest quality images.

“ADD A FRAME” – Clicking on this button will open our frame gallery for you. The frames are divided according to their main colour. Simply click on your choice of frame.

“YOUR APPOINTMENT” – Here is where you provide us with your preferred contact details. You DO NOT have to put in an “APPOINTMENT TIME” and “APPOINTMENT DAY” – this is for your convenience. Once we receive your contact details, we will be able to provide you with a quote. Your order is processed from the moment you say ‘yes’ and if you need, one of our professional framers will come to you to help further any inquiries.

Terms & Conditions – The goods that Frame It International, Pty Ltd, provide are all available according to stock. When you order your product, we will check its availability for you. There maybe times when certain items won’t be in stock. We will do our best to keep the website updated with our current stock and availability.

Do you have a shop?

NO, we do not have a shop. We provide an easy-to-use online service. Frame It International operates as a we-come-to-you service (home or office) with onsite framing solutions.

 

Do you charge for onsite framing consultation?

NO! We do not charge for consultation. Where possible, we will provide you with a quote (via phone/email) so you will know your framing cost in advance to the framer’s visit.

 

Do you charge for delivering the item back to our home\office?

NO! We do not charge for pick-up and delivery.
